• The filing of the claim is done once all the documentation and evidence requested has been received.
• You will receive an e-mail with the movement information of your case.

Evidence must be provided to demonstrate the higher value requested, such as new studies, medical treatment or special circumstances.

Requires demonstration of changes in the capacity of the provider such as having a new child or a decrease in income.

As long as the proceedings continue and the judge has not made a different decision, the agreed maintenance quota is to be complied with.
